Member: Virginia State Bar (Member, Real Estate Section) and the Richmond Bar Association.

Practice Emphasis: Commercial Real Estate, 1031 Exchanges, Residential Development, Real Estate Financing, Contracts, Corporate and Business Law.

Mr. Davidson, a principal shareholder of the firm, has practiced real estate and corporate law since 1966.  He has closed several thousand residential and commercial real estate transactions.  For over forty years, he has practiced in the areas of and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of 1031 exchanges, real estate development and real estate financing.  He has also represented numerous real estate developers during his career.

He came to this firm in 1984 from Browder, Russell, Morris & Butcher, P.C. where he was a partner for twelve years.  He taught numerous courses involving real estate law at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College for 15 years.
