Mr. Jamerson, a lawyer since 2003, has been a principal shareholder since 2015 with Beale, Davidson, a firm that has been providing legal services to the Richmond, Virginia community for over 40 years.

Mr. Jamerson’s practice focuses on achieving his client’s goals and representing their interests before trial or appellate courts and before administrative agencies in several states.

Prior to focusing his practice on individuals, families and business owners, he practiced as an associate at large multi-national firms and represented major corporate clients in all aspects of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation, general commercial litigation, including negligence claims, contract disputes, and premises liability litigation. He brings a substantial business background to understanding issues and delivering legal services, and is known for collaborative efforts to achieve the goals of his clients.

Mr. Jamerson has written and lectured on a variety of constitutional and litigation subjects. He also authored papers and participated in seminars in on litigation and estate planning issues.
